	Mosaics Precise replicas of famous Greek and Hellenistic mosaics. Our special technique makes mosaics affordable for everyone. These beautiful, hand painted scenes are painted on a 1/2" thick piece of wood, coated, wall-like, plaster mix base which stands out in low relief from the unpainted background, adding dimension to the piece. The painting is then scored by hand in minute squares to give it the “pebbled” look and feel. The mosaic is then framed in gold colored, wood frames, and they are ready to hang with a hook solidly embedded in the back. They are also stunning in a tripod or on a shelf.
